ORDERING

Ordering Instructions:
This test TESTF is only appropriate for adult males and individuals on testosterone hormone therapy. For females or children, who typically have lower levels of testosterone, order TSTFMS instead.

COLLECTION

Collection Instructions: It is preferable but not required to collect sample between 06:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Reference ranges are based on samples collected in the morning. NOTE: If ordering provider approves non-morning draw, this should be noted in comments.

PROCESSING
